Mister Bianco restaurant in Kew will host an irresistible dinner event with ‘Once Upon A Time In Sicily’ on Tuesday 24th June.
Guests will enjoy a cocktail and Grissini on arrival, followed by a further four courses inspired by chef owner Joe Vargetto’s upbringing in a Bayside Sicilian household, each paired with a perfectly matched Sicilian wine.
The menu will tantalise taste buds and give guests an opportunity to try dishes not usually available at Mister Bianco. Joe is paying tribute to his mum through the dishes, where each is a contemporary take on Sicilian cuisine and based on the resourcefulness of Sicilian migrants where nothing was wasted.
