Mister Bianco’s 1st Birthday Dinner

Mister Bianco’s 1st Birthday Dinner, celebrating one year at the Cotham Road location, and also commemorating the restaurant’s actual 14th birthday! 

Guests will enjoy a four course menu by chef/owner Joe Vargetto, each dish inspired by his upbringing in an Italian household in Bayside, and matched perfectly with a Sicilian wine.

The menu will tantalise taste buds and give guests an opportunity to try dishes not usually available at Mister Bianco. Joe is paying tribute to his mum through the dishes, where each is a contemporary take on Sicilian cuisine and based on the resourcefulness of Sicilian migrants where nothing was wasted.
