Guests can discover the essence of Victoria’s vineyards with a curated wine flight at the all-year-round, 2-level floating bar and eatery, Yarra Botanica.
The paddle of four premium red or white wines highlight the region’s unique flavours and winemaking excellence. From elegant Pinots to robust Shirazes and crisp Chardonnays, the best of Victorian viticulture can be savoured in every sip this winter. Each flight is priced $25.
There is also the option to enhance the wine tasting with a delicious Cheese or Botanical Board, which have been thoughtfully constructed to complement the wine selections.
The Cheese Board includes L ’artisan washed rind, Gippsland Shadows of Blue, Meredith goat cheese, aged farmhouse cheddar, house chutney, wattleseed crackers, sourdough, and fruit. Priced $30/plate or $64/meter.
Meanwhile, the Botanical Board serves up mortadella, prosciutto, duck liver & cherry pate, chorizo, bread & butter pickles, sourdough, butter, chutney, and Mount Zero Olives. Priced $35/plate or $68/meter.

Guests can enjoy a delicious 3-course Feed Me Menu within the winter wonderland all week long.
