Botswana Butchery Sydney is the perfect destination to celebrate Christmas this year, with a decadent four course Christmas Day Lunch being served.
Culinary Director, Angel Fernandez, has created a memorable menu to ensure that everyone will celebrate the season in style.
Christmas Day Lunch at Botswana Butchery Sydney will begin with freshly shucked Oysters or Tuna Crudo followed by CopperTree Farm Beef Tartare, Heirloom Tomatoes with Grilled Watermelon, WA Marron, NZ Ōra King Salmon or Farmed Quail.
For main course, guests will enjoy a choice of Dry-Aged Duck Breast, Murray Cod, Chickpea Socca, Brined Pork Chop or CopperTree Farm Rib Eye, along with a range of delicious sides including Duck Fat Potatoes, Citrus Salad and Charred Greens with Bagna Cauda.
For dessert, guests will be treated to Strawberry & Rose Chaja’, Buttermilk Blancmange, Botswana Butchery’s signature Chocolate Jaffa Mousse Cake or an Australian Cheese Plate.
Diners wishing to elevate their festive experience will also have the option of pre-ordering some special menu items, including additional freshly shucked Oysters, a Whole Southern Rock Lobster and the signature 1.4kg Roaring Forties Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder.
And, of course, guests can choose their drop of choice with Botswana Butchery’s extensive wine list.
It will be a Christmas Day to remember for the little ones also, with a choice of Battered Flathead with Shoestring Fries, Botswana Butchery Burger with double patty and aged cheddar or Roast Chicken, followed by a choice of four decadent desserts.
