Bianchetto Bar in Kew opens to enhance the local evening scene with its Elegant cocktail lounge. Owner Joe Vargetto is thrilled to unveil the final venue within the Mister Bianco building, offering a refined drinking experience for the community.
Bianchetto is a chic cocktail bar located next door to the popular Mister Bianco restaurant, offering a dynamic duo of dining and drinking options.
Designed as an intimate companion to Mister Bianco, Bianchetto boasts an alluring ambiance. It features sexy booths, low lighting, and a sophisticated yet convivial atmosphere. The bar is a destination offering a space for locals to gather and meet new people. It’s also the perfect place to enjoy a pre or post dinner drink.
Bianchetto Bar’s Indulgent Cocktail and Food Menu
At the heart of Bianchetto is its meticulously crafted cocktail menu. It’s curated by award winning bartender and founder of Drinks by Loro, Orlando Marzo. Standouts include the Sicilian Sour (Marsala, Tomato, Lemon), Bellini (Amarena & Elderflower, Sparkling), and Bergamot Negroni (Australian Bergamot, Gin, Bitter & Sweet Vermouth).
Not to be missed is the Bianchetto Signature Americano Al Tavolo, presented as a trolley service right at the table, creating a memorable and unique experience.
In addition to cocktails, Bianchetto offers a selection of local and Italian wines and beers, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Complementing the cocktail and drink offerings is an enticing seasonal bar menu by Joe Vargetto and the team. Highlights include ‘Nduja-filled Olives Ascolana, Pane e Mortadella “Scaccia” (hot pressed, using locally sourced mortadella), and Green Peppers and Spicy Sausage “Spiedino” (a skewer dish offering a burst of flavours). Of course Joe’s focaccia will be served, with beetroot romesco + parmesan olive oil.

Carefully curated to be paired with the exceptional cocktails or to be the perfect conclusion to the evening, these include Whiskey + Chocolate Cigar, Cassata Amaro Gelato, and Boozy Jellies, all sure to impress.
