Botswana Butchery Sydney is honouring their signature produce in the lead-up to ANZAC Day, giving diners the chance to taste the difference between Australian and New Zealand heritage lamb that is exclusive to Botswana Butchery in New South Wales – with a delicious offering for small groups to enjoy.
The meat offering will tantalise the senses of lamb lovers, who will feast on a 1.4kg Slow Roasted Whole Lamb Shoulder from Milly Hill, Armidale (NSW) as well as New Zealand’s 100% natural, free range Lumina Lamb from Aotearora. The lamb is served with Duck Fat Potatoes and salad.
Hailing from New Zealand’s hill and high country, Lumina lamb is grass-fed and finished on specially cultivated chicory herb pastures for a minimum of 35 days. The meat itself is finely marbled and has unrivalled texture, tenderness and taste and, in NSW, is only available to order from Botswana Butchery. Those who are unable to experience the ANZAC Day menu can enjoy the Lumina Lamb every day on the a la carte menu.
The Australian/New Zealand lamb dishes will be paired with a tasting of wines from Lark Hill Dark Horse Shiraz Viognier (Bungendore, NSW) and Valli Waitaki Pinot Noir (Waitaki Valley, North Otago NZ).
The generous menu can be ordered for lunch or dinner until 25th April and is available for groups of 4 diners and above, priced $110 per person.
