Truffle Week

Mister Bianco restaurant is known for creating amazing events for its guests. But for one special week the team wanted to take the customer experience to the next level.

Owner Joseph Vargetto brought the country to metro Melbourne and with it the very best truffles. Guests were able to meet a truffle farmer and their dog to learn about the growing and hunting process.

The Green House dining room was converted into a truffle farm, complete with soil, trees, moss, dogs; and of course, truffles.

Guests were able to watch the dogs hunt while enjoying their truffle inspired meal.

A series of special events was also created throughout the week to offer truffle-based degustation menus.

The event was widely publicised in print and radio and was sold out each day.
