Adelaide’s Parkside Hotel has released an exciting new lunch and dinner menu of high-quality pub classics, that also highlights stellar South Australian producers in its grazing section.
The menu highlight is the Feed Me option! A new concept for pubs in South Australia that gives Parkside guests the opportunity to explore and enjoy an array of modern, refined pub dishes including shares to mains, sides and desserts priced at $60 per person (minimum of two people).
Located in the heart of Parkside, the distinguished local’s casual dining menu is Australian pub fare at its best, including catering to a range of dietary requirements and preferences.
Guests can now begin their dining experience in the grazing section with a Charcuterie selection showcasing the best quality South Australian small goods. Ideal as a shared starter, this is the perfect accompaniment to a post-work or pre-dinner wine and weekend catch-ups.
Parkside’s classic pub plates have also been refined to include local favourites such as Kingfish & Chips, Plant- based Burger, Classic Chicken Schnitzel or Parma and authentic Wood-fired Pizzas. Meat eaters will love the new range of wood-fired meats on offer, which are cooked over Red Gum and perfect to share amongst a group of friends, paired with simple, tasty sides and premium wine. Two key sustainable SA producers are included in the menu with their Spencer Gulf King Fish (clean seas) and Limestone Coast Lamb.
And Parkside hasn’t forgotten about the little ones either, offering a Kids’ Menu filled with simple favourites done well. Parents can relax while children enjoy the Bob & Olive’s play area and a new Kids’ Pizza School activity is available as an add-on for kids’ parties.
Parkside Hotel Venue Manager, Shane Abbott, said the pub’s new menu adds to the modern vibe of the distinguished hotel.
“With the new menu at Parkside, we are elevating the food offering, highlighting some of our favourite local producers. The main approach to the menu was simple, to allow our produce to do the talking on each plate.
This is South Australian pub food at its very best. We are also excited to bring a Feed Me concept to the venue, which is new for pubs in South Australia and we think our locals are going to love it.”
The updated menu will be available to diners from 12noon each day and will include unique daily Chef specials. A newly refined function menu that aligns with the modern Australian daily offering has also launched.
Diners visiting Parkside on Fridays and Sundays can enjoy weekly live music featuring a rotating roster of local acoustic musicians from across South Australia.
The Parkside Hotel is looking forward to following up the new menu with the launch of a new range of happy hour specials and bottomless brunch packages in the spring, including Father’s Day and Melbourne Cup special events.
