Cheese lovers can treat themselves to fromage aplenty this season, with two That’s Amore Cheese pop-ups at Queen Victoria Market events in Melbourne’s CBD.

The best way to keep warm this winter is to load up on comforting dishes, and what’s comfort food without lots of cheese? That’s Amore Cheese has guests covered with its extra cheesy, Italian dinner menu, which will be showcased at Queen Vic’s famous Winter Night Market from June to August:
– Spaghetti Quattro Formaggi tossed in 40 kg Grana Padano wheel: $16
– Gnocchi Sorrentina (Napoli, Basil, Bocconcini): $16
– Burrata, warm pumpkin puree, lemon & thyme pangrattato: $18

Truffle season is just around the corner, and the team at That’s Amore Cheese has put together three very special truffle-inspired eats exclusively for the largest truffle celebration outside Europe, the Truffle Melbourne Festival at Queen Victoria Market. Running for one weekend only, market-goers will get the chance to experience the following menu:
– Spaghetti Tartufo: Four cheese spaghetti with truffle, tossed in parmesan wheel $18 (Add freshly shaved truffle +$5)
– Truffled burrata: rocket, pickled mushrooms, beetroot puree $22
– Cannoli: Truffle & chocolate chips, Traditional Signature Sicilian and Rocher: 1 for $5, 3 for $12, 5 for $20, 12 for $45
