The event will be an opportunity for the public to join That’s Amore Cheese in celebrating 15 years of passion, flavour, and excellence in the cheese-making industry with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Featuring a special 4-course indulgent dinner created by renowned and much-loved Melbourne chefs, the menu will showcase the cheese and its versatility in every dish served on the night.

The evening will begin with curated antipasto to share, followed by an Italian-style primo by Guy Grossi. Adam D’Sylva will then present the tantalising main and sides, served banquet style. The dinner will finish on a high as dessert maestro Darren Purchese will create the sweet conclusion.

The event will also feature thoughtfully paired wines from Vinea Marson, a family-owned winery in the heart of Heathcote, Central Victoria, known for their Italian-inspired creations.
Entertainment for the night will be provided by the Bella Ciao Band, an Italian musical trio, performing nostalgic music from the Italian Peninsula of the 40s, 50s, and 60s.

Tickets for the 15 Years of That’s Amore sold out fast but everyone can still enjoy the delicious range of cheeses from The Cheesery in Thomastown, Vic or at good cafes, restaurants and delicatessens across the country.
