Offering an indulgent mix of handcrafted Patrón cocktails, trusted taco menu on Tuesdays, and infectious beats with Rumba Fridays, Stingray is promising evenings filled with festivities and flavour.

Sip-Worthy Cocktails For the Cooler Nights

Stingray is serving up a delectable and downright delicious line-up of Patrón cocktails that are sure to impress even the most seasoned connoisseur on the Gold Coast, from locals to visitors. From the exotic Abeja Reina (Patrón Silver, coconut rum, fresh lime, muddled lychee, lychee syrup), to the refreshing Sandia (Patrón Silver, fresh watermelon, fresh lime, watermelon syrup), each sip creates a refreshing sensation reminiscent of coastal vacations. Classic concoctions like the Patrón Old Fashioned (Patrón Anejo, demerara sugar syrup, orange bitters) stand alongside the crafted creations, inviting patrons to savour every moment within Stingray’s sun-kissed ambiance.

Taco Tuesdays, from 6pm

Mid-week cravings meet their match at Stingray’s Taco Tuesdays. With tradition and authenticity in all the right places, guests can choose from $5 tacos or feast on unlimited tacos for $30, all complemented by an extensive Patrón cocktail menu.

Stingray Fridays with Rumba Caliente, from 7pm

Stingray is heating up Friday nights with Rumba Caliente! Igniting the night with the rhythms of salsa, reggae and Latino tunes, it’s the perfect destination to dance the night away. Bar-goers can dive into the spirited ambiance of Latin America and sip away on the seasonal Patrón cocktail menu. With weekly house DJs, and expert rumba instructors showing guests a step or two, Fridays at Stingray are an exhilarating celebration of dance, music and drink specials.

QT Cocktail Classes, daily from 3pm-5pm

Guests can channel their inner bartender under the expert guidance of QT’s cocktail connoisseurs with Stingray’s cocktail making classes. Participants settling in with a drink of their choosing before they learn some of the tricks of the mixology trade as they create two of their own Patrón cocktails from the autumn/winter menu. The cocktail classes are priced $75 per person, with the option to upgrade to bottomless pizza for $95 per person.
