Pit stop lunch

Botswana Butchery on Flinders Lane, is celebrating the Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix by offering diners a Pit Stop Lunch with official wine partner St Hugo until 2nd April.

The luxurious lunch experience includes a specially curated two-course menu paired with St Hugo wines, plus a petit four style dessert.

The mouthwatering offering kicks off with entrée options of Smoked buffalo curds (persimmon, croutons, society flowers), Duck liver pâté (melon, muscat jelly, duck bresaola, rye crisps) or Hiramasa kingfish (eggplant caviar, smoked roe, burnt orange), served with a glass of St Hugo Chardonnay (Eden Valley).

For mains, diners can re-fuel their stomachs with a choice of Chickpea socca (salt baked beetroots, stracciatella, pesto), Grilled king salmon (braised fennel, radishes, miso macadamia butter) or Wanderer sirloin (Café de Paris butter, fries), paired beautifully with DR3 Cabernet Sauvignon (Coonawarra).

But the deliciousness doesn’t end there! Guests will be treated to a scrumptious petit four Orange madeleine with passionfruit icing to take them to the finish line, ending the lunch on a sweet high.

The exclusive Pit Stop Lunch will be served in Botswana Butchery Melbourne’s bar and balcony spaces, from 12-2.30pm so Melburnians can celebrate the Formula 1 in style.
