ChefsINK, one of Australia’s leading food and lifestyle agencies, is launching a series of virtual cooking classes hosted by their talent. Starting on Sunday 30th August, the classes are the ideal way to learn from the experts in the comfort of your home. The first four classes have been announced – Darren Purchese, Diana Chan, Dan Szwarc and Adam D’Sylva.
Each class will take you on a culinary journey, where you will learn hints and tips, be inspired to get into the kitchen and you can ask the chef questions about the dish, ingredients, their career and food in general.
All classes are just $25 plus booking fee ($26.09). Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
Dessert Masterclass with Darren Purchese

Pear Tarte Tatin with Ginger Custard
Join Masterchef guest judge and dessert extraordinaire as he shares the secrets to making his Pear Tarte Tatin with Ginger Custard. As one of Australia’s most respected pastry chefs, Darren is renowned for his sweet creations that skilfully balance flavours and textures. Learn how to make this delicious dessert so you can enjoy with your family or practice in preparation for entertaining once again. During the class, you can also ask Darren how he comes up with his terrifying dessert challenges.
Malaysian Cooking with Diana Chan

Malaysian Fish Curry
Diana has loved cooking from a young age and has developed her own personal style that combines her mother’s fresh, herb-driven approach and her father’s love of seafood. In this class, learn how to make a Malaysian Fish Curry with Cucumber and Mint Raita with Basmati Rice. Diana will talk about the different types of fish that can be used and share hacks and shortcuts that you can utilise in the kitchen. The Masterchef Australia winner will inspire you to prepare Malaysian cuisine at home.
Dan Szwarc’s Argentinian Comfort Food

Having worked at Crown Casino’s Number 8 and Gary Mehigan’s Fenix before opening his own eatery Dan’s Empananda Bar, Dan is all about honesty in his cooking. In this masterclass, Dan will take you into his mum’s kitchen as he cooks up some classic, homely and family friendly Argentinian dishes.
Adam D’Sylva’s Asian Delights

Chicken San Choi Boi and Salmon & Soba Noodle Salad
Co-owner and Executive Chef of award-winning Tonka and Coda, Adam D’Sylva will take you through the steps to prepare two of his most popular dishes. Adam’s Indian-Italian heritage gave him a foundation in contrasting cuisines and he is known as one of Australia’s best and most innovative chefs. During the class you can ask Adam questions about the dishes, as well as his career, restaurants and inspiration.
