Mister Bianco’s owner/chef Joe Vargetto has collaborated with renowned photographer Kristoffer Paulsen and award winning mixologist and founder of Loro, Orlando Marzo, to bring Melburnians The Art of Dining: INGREDIENT dinner at Mister Bianco on Tuesday 4th July. The memorable dinner will combine fine food, drinks and exquisite photography – a feast for the senses. 

In a departure from previous artist collaborations, where Joe would create a menu in response to an artwork, INGREDIENT has seen a fully interactive creative conversation take place. Joe and Kristoffer worked together to curate a line up of ingredients to showcase, which after finding their way onto the photographic stage to become works of art on the wall, then find their way into Joe’s masterful hands to become works of art on the plate. Joseph’s passion for local ingredients and drawing narratives from each item, often autobiographical, is a true celebration of food, and how we interact with it.

To accompany the five course menu, Orlando Marzo will create matched cocktails from the Loro collection for three dishes and Mister Bianco’s Jade Ryan will match premium La Carta Wines for the other two courses.

The dining room will be adorned with the photographic art that inspires the dinner and lights will be dimmed to heighten the senses. Along with enjoying the amazing dinner, guests will hear from Joe, Kristoffer and Orlando.
