That’s Amore Cheese celebrates 15 years next month with a fabulous event on Friday 4th August – 15 Years of That’s Amore Cheese. To commemorate the milestone, the team is hosting an unforgettable dinner at Hospitium in Collingwood so cheese enthusiasts and food lovers can join the celebrations.
Since its inception in 2008 by Giorgio Linguanti, the popular Melbourne-based company has become a leading artisanal cheese producer. Guided by Giorgio’s passion and dedication, That’s Amore Cheese now has a diverse range of over 60 cheeses and a team of 100, and is celebrated as one of Australia’s finest cheese manufacturers.
That’s Amore Cheese Celebrates 15 Years With Celebrity Chef Event
The event will be an opportunity for the public to join That’s Amore Cheese in celebrating 15 years of passion, flavour, and excellence in the cheese-making industry with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Featuring a special 4-course indulgent dinner created by renowned and much-loved Melbourne chefs, the menu will showcase the cheese and its versatility in every dish served on the night.
The evening will begin with curated antipasto to share, followed by an Italian-style primo by Guy Grossi. Adam D’Sylva will then present the tantalising main and sides, served banquet style. The dinner will finish on a high as dessert maestro Darren Purchese will create the sweet conclusion.
The event will also feature thoughtfully paired wines from Vinea Marson, a family-owned winery in the heart of Heathcote, Central Victoria, known for their Italian-inspired creations.
Entertainment for the night will be provided by the Bella Ciao Band, an Italian musical trio, performing nostalgic music from the Italian Peninsula of the 40s, 50s, and 60s.
Tickets for the 15 Years of That’s Amore sold out fast but everyone can still enjoy the delicious range of cheeses from The Cheesery in Thomastown, Vic or at good cafes, restaurants and delicatessens across the country.
