That’s Amore Cheese has added two new sessions to its 2022 Class Program to keep cheese and pasta lovers busy this winter. The Cheese, Sip and Paint class will take place on Friday 12th August, followed by the Gnocchi Making Class on 27th August.

That’s Amore Cheese classes are always very popular and tend to sell out quickly, with food connoisseurs and cheese aficionados always looking for something new and exciting to do with friends, so those interested are advised to secure their spot quickly.

The classes are also a fantastic way to connect with a local producer and develop some new skills, whilst catching up with friends or family for a fun day out and about in Melbourne.

THAT’S AMORE CHEESE – NEW AUGUST CLASSES

Cheese, Sip and Paint is led by the Brush By The Vines team.
It’s all about eating cheese, drinking wine and getting creative with friends at this memorable new class run by Mill Park company, Brush By The Vines. In the two-hour painting session, Brush by the Vines will take guests through how to paint their masterpiece, supplying all the equipment needed, while That’s Amore Cheese will provide wine and a delectable grazing table with their delicious cheeses. Participants won’t need any prior experience painting and can take their canvas home at the end of the evening. All that’s left to do is paint, sip, eat all the cheese and enjoy!

Cheese, Sip and Paint with Brush By The Vines

Friday 12th August, 6pm
Duration 2.5 hours

Two-hour painting class, wine, grazing table with That’s Amore cheeses, art equipment to paint with and painted canvas to take home at the end.

$125 per person

Gnocchi Making Class is led by Pia Gava, MasterChef Australia 2017 contestant and book author.
Participants will be guided through the art of pasta making, learning how to make gnocchi from scratch. Hosted by MasterChef Australia 2017 contestant and book author, Pia Gava, this three-hour, hands-on beginner class will show how to master perfectly fluffy homemade gnocchi from both potatoes and ricotta. Together with Pia, participants will learn how to make Potato Gnocchi with four cheese sauce and Ricotta Gnocchi with cavolo nero pesto. On completion of the class, guests will be given a That’s Amore Cheese apron to take home and will also get the chance to enjoy the gnocchi dishes that they made during the class, paired with a glass of wine.

Three-hour hands-on interactive workshop, gourmet Italian style lunch and drinks, and That’s Amore apron to take home.

That’s Amore Cheese classes are held at The Cheesery demonstration kitchen at 66 Latitude Blvd, Thomastown. Everything required for the classes is included.
