The Our Village Annual Mother’s Day Lunch is the charity’s biggest annual fundraising event and aims to attract over 500 guests on Friday 1 May for an afternoon of stories, music, laughter and delicious food at Glasshouse, Melbourne.
Final tickets are on sale now and the event attracts many founders, entrepreneurs, celebrities and influencers, being one of the biggest and best events on Melbourne’s social calendar.
Our Village CEO Ruth Holdaway, MBE said “Celebrating Mother’s Day is a great chance to get dressed up and enjoy a wonderful afternoon while raising vital funds for Mums in need. We totally understand that everyone is doing it tough right now, but we hope our amazing guests will dig deep to support those who do not even have the essentials. In 2025 we assisted over 19,000 vulnerable babies and children with over 66,000 items worth more than $7.6M.
“Last year’s event raised over $390,000, and we hope to beat that figure this year.”

Tickets: $330 (inc. GST), or $3,960 for a table of 12 guests
Our Village is a much loved and trusted charity which rehomes essential items for babies and children via a large network of Maternal and Child Health Nurses and social workers all across Victoria.
Donations of pre-loved items are received from the generous community, including prams, car seats, cots, high chairs, linen, clothing, toys and books. These donations are then cleaned, laundered, safety checked and transformed by an incredible team of volunteers, enabling Our Village to upcycle and rehome quality items to families who need them most.
