Cannoleria is once again ensuring that everyone will have a sweet Christmas with its limited-edition festive range. The DIY Panettone/Pandoro Kit is making a return due to popular demand, plus there’s a new chocolate range inspired by Cannoleria’s most popular Cannoli flavours. Cannoleria has ensured that Christmas desserts and sweet gifting is sorted!
DIY Panettone Kit & DIY Pandoro Kit, $70

Cannoleria’s famous limited-edition DIY Panettone and Pandoro are back! These delicious Christmas products revolutionise the traditional Panettone or Pandoro with layers of delectable Cannoleria ricotta filling that brings the best of two desserts together.
Sold as a DIY Panettone/Pandoro Kit, the set allows customers to purchase earlier and fill their own panettone or pandoro before serving. This year, the pre-sliced cakes are even easier to put together with the top tier already garnished.
Each DIY Panettone / Pandoro Kit contains:
- A Panettone or Pandoro – pre-sliced with the top tier garnished
- 2 x 450gm piping bags of Cannoleria ricotta filling to fill the Panettone or Pandoro (two different ricotta flavours per box)
- 1 packet of crunchy infused chocolate garnish to add a crunchy element
- All beautifully packaged in a Cannoleria box that contains a QR code to a video tutorial showing how to fill the Panettone or Pandoro
This year, there are three flavours available:
- Pistachio & Lemon Panettone: pistachio and lemon ricotta fillings, pistachio chocolate top tier garnish, white chocolate & citrus peel crunch
- Biscoff & Banana Panettone: Lotus Biscoff and Banana ricotta fillings, milk chocolate and Lotus Biscoff dust top tier garnish, milk chocolate & banana crunch
- Custard & Berry Pandoro: custard and berry ricotta fillings, dark chocolate and praline drizzle top tier garnish, dark chocolate and praline crunch

A new Christmas addition this year is Cannoleria’s new limited-edition festive chocolate range, inspired by their most popular Cannoli flavours.
Perfect for Christmas gifting, this decadent range includes:
- White Chocolate Star with crunchy cannoli shells pieces
- Dark Chocolate Christmas Ball with crunchy jaffas
- Milk Chocolate Christmas Tree with crunchy pistachio

Both the DIY Panettone/Pandoro and the Cannoleria Christmas Chocolate Ranges will be available in stores or to order online for store pick-up (no delivery) from Saturday 26th November (until sold out).
